Georgia Glaswell - Starting a Business Club
With experience in both not-for-profit & commercial roles, entering the world of corporate partnerships within an income generation team was naturally the perfect fit for Georgia.
Georgia is passionate about working with businesses in a mutually beneficial way and changing the all-too-common misconception that charity partnerships are one-sided with the benefits leaning heavily towards the charity.
When not working, Georgia can be found training for marathons, or hiking around the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, so don’t be surprised if she tries to lure you into doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks!
After joining St Gemma’s Hospice in November 2020, launching a business club was top of Georgia’s agenda as a means to offer more local businesses an opportunity to support the hospice, following the impact of the pandemic on corporate fundraising.
This presentation will look at the very first steps that need to be considered when you are looking to set up a business club such as your competitor’s offerings, your USP and the all-important price point.
